Nina Goluskin

What people come to me for

People come to me when a product or service problem needs to be understood more deeply, or when something complicated needs a simple, elegant answer. A lot of my work is untangling complex products and services and unifying them during a modernization. I also help shape product vision and roadmaps.

Most of my projects begin in a room full of people who have been told to build something, before anyone can say what problem it solves or who it's for. I listen for the problem behind the request and make it obvious what there is to win and what there is to lose.

The projects I like best start with a goal and work backwards to the design. I'm hands-on day to day, and I like what I make to be beautiful. I use AI every day, and my own critical thinking makes the final call.
